Totem Logic charges a monthly platform fee based on the number of active members in your program. This covers the full platform — membership management, cashback engine, Shopify integration, mobile app, and API access. There are no per-transaction fees on the platform side. You set your own membership pricing and keep 100% of membership revenue.
An active member is anyone with a current, paid membership in any of your clubs. Cancelled, expired, or free-tier members don't count toward your active member total. The count is calculated at the start of each billing period.
Yes. The platform supports multiple clubs, each with independent plans, branding, Shopify stores, and merchant networks. All clubs share a single admin dashboard and API. There's no per-club surcharge — pricing is based on total active members across all clubs.
When members earn cashback through partner merchants, the merchant funds the reward. Commission splits between merchant, platform, club, and member are fully configurable per offer. You earn a share of every transaction your members make at participating merchants — recurring revenue beyond membership fees.

Absolutely. The membership signup page, member dashboard, mobile app, and Shopify store all run under your brand. Totem Logic stays invisible to your members. Custom domains, logos, colour schemes, and email templates are all configurable.
When a member signs up, they're automatically created as a Shopify customer with a membership tag. Liquid templates in your Shopify theme check for this tag and show or hide content accordingly. We provide ready-made template snippets for common gating patterns.
Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe, Checkout.com) — card numbers never touch our servers. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies with SameSite protection. The financial ledger is append-only and immutable. Webhooks are cryptographically verified. Multi-tenant architecture ensures complete data isolation between clubs.
